Hi, I’m Danielle.
I get it. lived in survival mode for decades, believing I always had to be “strong.” I watched the women around me - my mom, aunt, grandmother - live like this, so I thought it was normal.
I lived a life of “going through the motions” - doing what I thought I was supposed to. I lived with the weight of the world on my shoulders and eventually found the weight too heavy.
Culture expected me to be a "strong" Black woman, operating with superhuman strength to hold everything together. I’m not super human, I’m not a machine.
I’m a human and I need rest, I deserve rest.
And so do you.
After suffering loss in 2013, I began to learn the impact of this type of living on my mind & body. I learned the impact of stress and trauma on our health and committed to my health and healing journey.

You’re encouraged to start with an intentional 20 minutes per day of personal check-ins, breath and body work and journaling.
I AM NOT A BLACK WOMAN, CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE? ABSOLUTELY! This experience is Black-women focused, all-women friendly.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE EACH LIVE CHECK-IN?
