Faith + Feelings

A Live Experience Exploring How You Can Pray AND Feel Your Feelings... Even the Hard Ones

April 25, 2026 | 1:00 - 6:00pm
Mansfield Activities Center Mansfield, TX

When it comes to strong emotions, have you been told to Just pray about it” or “You need more faith”?

Many believers, especially within the Black church community, have been taught to pray away strong emotions…

Not realizing that ignoring emotions can quietly harm our mental physical, & spiritual well-being, resulting in:

  • Increased blood pressure

  • Depression & anxiety

  • Muscle tension

  • Difficulty sleeping

  • Reduced immune functioning

  • …AND MORE

Feeling is not weak faith.
